Valley level tournament, Nepal - October 10, 2015

On the 10th of October 2015, a valley level tournament was held at Kathmandu, Nepal. Organize by the Balaju Dojang, a new Dojang led by a new joined Instructor from Shitu Ryu Karate, Sahbumnim Pradeep Tamang. He initiated this tournament to express his support for Tong-il Moo Do.

According to him he meet TIMD before long time ago and trained under Master Leo Carrumba. Because of his studies that make him left TIMD before and he thought master was in another country so he continue his passion of Martial Arts in Karate but he never forget us. Now he wanted to help us to prosper the TIMD here in Nepal.

He is not yet an official Black Belt of Tong-il Moo Do but he is willing to under go all the training necessary to be a Black Belt. He wanted to join 21 days DP seminar to understand more who is our founder.

The tournament was participated by 4 martial arts club. Tong-il Moo Do, Shituryu Karate, Gujuryu Karate and Sambo Martial Arts.

A week Before the tournament we had a chance to discuss to them our rules and regulations of tournament.

there were around 60 players join the tournament.

The tournament was a success and the team champion is the Trinity Do Jang of Tong-il Moo Do.

This tournament could be the beginning of the collaboration and partnership amongst with the other martial arts group and ours, they are starting to recognize Tong-il Moo Do as a unique style of martial arts as it rises here in Nepal.

All of this success is impossible without the support of our National President Mr. Santosh Kumar Paudel.

And the hard work of all senior black belts and staff.
