From the 28'Th of may till the 1'st of June 2008 in Moldova, Chisinau was held C.I.S. Region Tong Il Moo Do seminar on self-defence techniques, lead by Don Harbour (7'Th dan) TIMD self-defence instructor
.
Seminar was attended by 3 instructors from Taikwon Do, they were expecting it for long time.
The seminar was attended by 32 students. All were very inspired by the mastership, parental heart of Dan Harbour, and T.I.M.D. Philosophy which has to be moral foundation of any person.
There was Promotion Test on 23rd May 2007, at the Liceul Miguel de Cervantes (Chisinau). A total of 22 Timd students participated and were awarded certificates corresponding to the attained belt levels. The highest belt level awarded was conditional brown belt to two of the participants. Presiding over the occasion included Master Don Harbour, Francis M. Njiru, Valerian Griu, Vitaly Ciconi and Igor Shohirev. Guidance to the participants was given by the Timd Chairman; Mr. Ronald Koonce.
